I'm committed to protecting your privacy. This section explains what information I collect, how I use it and the choices you have.

1. Information I collect

• Information you give me: your name, email address and anything you share when you join the waitlist, fill in the contact form or reach out to me directly.
• Payment information: payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. I never see or store your full card details on this website.
• Usage information: basic, anonymous information about how visitors use this website (such as pages visited and device type), collected through cookies and analytics tools.

2. How I use your information

• To deliver The Body Oracle and any other programmes or services you sign up for.
• To process payments and send you receipts and programme details.
• To send you emails you've asked for, such as waitlist updates, invitations and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• To understand how the website is used so I can keep improving it.

3. Sharing your information

I will never sell or rent your personal information. I only share it with trusted service providers who help me run my business, such as my email platform, payment processors and website host, and only so they can provide those services. I may also disclose information if I'm required to by law.

4. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time. You may also ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing faith@brandyousocialhaus.com. I handle personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where they apply, other data protection laws such as the GDPR. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.

5. Security

I take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. Please know, though, that no method of sending or storing information online is ever 100% secure.

My work is coaching and education. It isn't a substitute for medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those needs. You're responsible for your own choices and for listening to your body when taking part in any practice, movement or exercise I share.

9. Programmes, payments and refunds

Programme fees, payment plans and refund terms are shared with you before you enrol, and form part of your agreement with me. Payment plans are a commitment to the full programme fee.

I may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
